Herma has further expanded its film range with two new polypropylene (PP) films and one new polyolefin (PO) film. The PP grades are glossy, biaxially-oriented films with a special surface designed for good printability. They are available in two versions: HERMAflex transparent (grade 833) and HERMAflex white (grade 843). Each has undergone corona pre-treatment in order to achieve high print quality with all conventional printing methods. Herma PO Laser (grade 801) is a white, matte, filled polyolefin film. It was specially developed for use with both black-and-white and color laser printers. In combination with the adhesive 64Z and 64B the Herma PO Laser (grade 801) received certification BS5609 Section 2 for marine use. Herma PO Laser label sheets are particularly suitable for labeling drums or pallets.
